The Enrollment Process
Five steps from inquiry to enrollment. Straightforward, intentional, and built around fit.
Submit an Inquiry
Fill out the inquiry form below with your child's grade, pathway interest, and basic contact info. We'll follow up within 2 business days.
Attend an Info Session
We host monthly info sessions for prospective families. You'll hear directly from staff, tour the school, and ask questions about the 3×3 model.
Complete the Application
Submit the full application including student information, academic records (if applicable), and a short family statement about why Phenom Prep is the right fit.
Family Interview
We meet with every prospective family before enrollment. This is a two-way conversation — we want to make sure we're the right fit for your child, and you want to make sure we're the right fit for your family.
Enrollment Decision
Families receive an enrollment decision within 5 business days of the interview. Accepted students receive an enrollment packet with next steps, pathway confirmation, and orientation details.

Is Phenom Prep a charter school?
Phenom Prep operates as a private school. We are not a charter school and are not subject to lottery-based enrollment. We select students based on fit with the 3×3 model.
Can my child switch pathways after enrolling?
Yes — domain immersion in the afternoon can be switched year to year, and students are encouraged to explore different domains over time. We want every student to find the pathway that truly fits them.
What if my child is behind academically?
We assess each student individually. If a student needs additional academic support, we discuss that during the family interview and determine whether our model is the right fit at this time.
Do you offer before or after care?
The school day runs 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Extended care options are discussed during enrollment. Contact us for current availability.
Is transportation provided?
Transportation is the responsibility of families. We can connect you with carpool networks and provide information about public transit options near the school.
What grades are currently open for enrollment?
We accept applications for all grades K–8. Availability varies by grade level. Submit an inquiry and we'll let you know current openings.
